Dear sir,
I am applying for the Student Success Specialist position following the advertisement you made on your school website and social media pages. I have sufficient experience in the student success specialist field, having worked in different schools during my summer vacations.
As a Student Success Specialist, I will focus on maintaining effective and efficient relationships with students irrespective of their culture. My goal will be to empower all students under my supervision by creating professional relations to promote academic success and minimize dropout rates. I will frequently meet with assigned students in one-on-one sessions to evaluate their academic performance, encourage and motivate them to continue working hard to improve their performance. I will create a friendly learning environment by encouraging students to share their major selections and study habits with their friends, educators, and parents. I am a dynamic person who can easily adapt to the situational demands to address the student needs. I can speak both in English and Arabic fluently. I will use both languages where necessary to improve my discussion with students. I am also a collaborative person. I believe in group participation and teamwork for the best results. I would occasionally organize students in groups to discuss their academic success. I am a critical thinker, quick learner, and problem solver. It will not take me long to learn about the culture of your school and how to apply it to address the student issues about academic success.
