Assignment Task

You are required to complete an individual 1500-word reflective report. The module is structured around three compulsory challenges designed to develop essential skills for university success. Active participation in each challenge is mandatory. 1. Challenges Analysis:

o Provide an in-depth analysis of each challenge, focusing on the business aspects such as branding, finance, and operations.
o Support your analysis with key academic concepts covered in this module and other modules. Examples of relevant concepts include PESTEL, SWOT analysis, target markets, profit and loss statements, etc.

2. Skills Reflection:

o Reflect on the personal skills you demonstrated during the challenges. These skills include but are not limited to: Communication skills (Oral and Written), Emotional intelligence, Teamwork, Time management and meeting skills, presentation skills and the use of Excel spreadsheets.
o Identify areas where you excelled and areas where there is room for improvement.

3. Action Plan:
o Develop an action plan outlining how you will enhance these skills over the next three years.
o Ensure your action plan includes SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals.

Support your discussion of both the challenges and skills with references to core module materials covered in seminar sessions and additional external research. Incorporate materials from the Graduate Challenge module and other Level 4 modules, such as: Branding concepts from Principles of Marketing, Teamwork theories from Introduction to People Management, Business analysis skills from Global Business Environment and Financial Accounting.

You are encouraged to use visuals in the appendix related to the tasks completed, such as T-shirt designs, key visuals from slide presentations, and Excel pricing worksheets.
